Training that sticks
We’ve all been on training courses where we’ve come away with great intentions, only for real life to get in the way when we return. If we’re lucky the training sticks for a few weeks, before ingrained bad habits return.
So when we were designing our programmes, we were determined to come up with a training approach that would make the learnings stick. So after extensive research, we decided that every one of our programmes should consist of an intensive bootcamp, followed by a series of reinforcement sessions. These fortnightly two-and-a-half hour sessions are designed to hold delegates to account for practising the skills, with whole-cohort coaching. Experience has shown us that this approach leads to learnings being turned into behaviours – so important when it comes to performance improvement.
A spin-off benefit of this approach is that the cohort becomes particularly tight-knit, with fellow delegates turning into a powerful network.

Aimed at any current or potential manager who has not previously had formal management training.
Skills and Processes to Plan Business Development
Aimed at any business or sales leaders who need to introduce some rigour into their sales strategies and planning. The course requires a base level experience of sales and business growth and will get the entire sales leadership team on the same page.
Complete Sales Training for New Business Acquisition
Aimed at any current or potential salesperson who has not previously had formal sales training. The course does not require any prerequisite knowledge and will get the entire sales team on the same page.
Complete Sales Training for Farming Existing Customers
Aimed at any current or potential account manager who has not previously had formal training. The course does not require any prerequisite knowledge and will get the entire account management team on the same page.
